Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to join a high-impact international FinTech project building an internal Customer Experience Operations Platform. You will design agent-facing experiences using React and TypeScript, delivering scalable UI across queues, assignments, conversations, and dashboards.

You’ll collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers, applying AI-assisted workflows and innovative tooling to accelerate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with a strong frontend-focused background.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of the engineering workflow while maintaining ownership over architecture and code quality.
• Experience building complex product interfaces involving forms, tables, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and component-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to prototypes, testing, and debugging.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable UX.
