Job summary

Darwoft, a Latin American software factory, seeks a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to work on a FinTech customer experience platform. You will design agent-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript, contribute to AI-assisted engineering workflows, and collaborate with product, CX, and backend teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.

The role is 100% remote within LATAM, with a full-time contractor engagement and opportunities to influence architectural

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on use of AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI tooling while maintaining architecture ownership.
• Experience with complex UI forms, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.
• Proficient in modern frontend practices and modular architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to prototype, test, and debug.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across queues, agents, and operational metrics.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Contribute to authorization-aware UX and security considerations.
