Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) with AI-assisted development expertise for a FinTech customer experience platform. You will design agent-facing experiences, build modular frontend architecture, and collaborate with backend services to deliver reliable, scalable interfaces.

The role emphasizes an agentic mindset, AI tooling, and high ownership. The position is 100% remote across LATAM, with full-time contractor engagement and priority focus on Darwoft projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows.
• Ability to use AI as part of the engineering workflow while maintaining ownership over architecture, code quality, testing, and technical decisions.
• Experience building complex product interfaces with forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules.
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, filters, dashboards, and complex operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, CX stakeholders, designers, and backend engineers to turn requirements into reliable user experiences.
• Apply AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices to accelerate prototyping, testing, and debugging.
• Ensure end-to-end correctness across workflows involving queues, agents, assignments, conversations, and metrics.
