Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React/TypeScript) for a LATAMremote FinTech project. You will design agent-facing experiences, contribute to a modern frontend architecture, and collaborate with backend services and product teams.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, engineering ownership, and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong React/TypeScript skills, and hands-on use of AI development tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong frontend-oriented background.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools and agentic workflows such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, coding agents, or AI-assisted specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React/TypeScript features across CX domain modules (operations tooling, agent presence, inbox workflows, queues, assignments).
• Build and evolve reusable UI components, forms, tables, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Work with Tailwind CSS, Tremor, Radix/shadcn, and Storybook.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to accelerate prototyping, testing, refactoring, documentation, and debugging.
• Experiment with AI coding agents and automated workflows to improve productivity and quality.
• Build data-driven interfaces using TanStack Query, React Router, react-hook-form, and Zod.
• Integrate frontend with BFF and backend APIs; work in micro-frontend architecture with Rspack and Module Federation.
• Collaborate on API design with FastAPI and OpenAPI contracts; ensure end-to-end correctness.
