Conexionhr is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives. This role demands strategic technical leadership, strong collaboration with product and business stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.

You will define coding standards, oversee system design, and champion performance, security, and scalability across distributed services while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack web development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and technical initiatives.
• Expert-level knowledge of multiple frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of performance optimization, security, and scalability principles.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create libraries of reusable components and design systems across products.
• Define development conventions, best practices, and enforce maintainability.
• Provide coaching and mentorship; oversee code reviews and builds.
• Generate refactoring strategies and assess risks and timelines.
• Architect scalable async systems and data interaction patterns.
• Lead performance optimization and SLA adherence across services.
• Define framework/library usage standards across the org.
• Guide responsive implementations and ensure pixel-perfection in UI.
