Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Services Operations professional in Buenos Aires to oversee Break/Fix and hardware maintenance, network configuration, and daily ticketing workflows.

You will mentor junior technicians, validate cabling and connectivity, ensure SOP/MOP compliance, and coordinate with global teams on resiliency and availability risks. The role also involves collaboration with project teams and colocation partners to meet SLAs.

Formación

• Experience in data center services operations and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to mentor technicians and transfer knowledge.
• Familiarity with SOPs/MOPs and operational change control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Break/Fix and hardware maintenance to ensure lifecycle performance.
• Guide less experienced technicians on PDUs and replacement hardware.
• Instruct on network configuration and sign-off on client configurations.
• Monitor and assign work in ticketing environment; ensure SLAs.
• Enforce safety, security, and documentation per SOPs/MOPs.
• Lead collaboration with project teams and vendors to validate installations.
