# Senior Full Stack Developer - Application Development (CD - SFSD - 20261006)CelaraBuenos AiresRemoteFull Time## DescriptionIn this role, the Full Stack Developer will join the Application Development team. You'll build the modern web applications that are replacing legacy low-code and desktop systems.You'll work on both the front end and the back end, building intuitive user interfaces and the services that power them. You'll work directly with business users, use and contribute to firm-wide software platforms, and help other developers on the team grow into full stack engineers.The ideal candidate is a full stack developer who works AI-first, using AI coding tools every day as their main way to design, build, test, and ship. They should take pride in high-quality, supportable code, including automated tests, and enjoy working with engineers and users every day.Most of this role is hands-on development, plus technical leadership for other developers on the team.What You'll Do* Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications, from responsive user interfaces to back-end services and APIs.* Help complete the migration from legacy low-code and desktop applications to modern web applications. This includes rebuilding functionality, migrating data, and supporting cutover.* Work with Product Teams and business users to understand requirements and turn them into intuitive, reliable features.* Write reusable, testable, efficient code in Python (Django), JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.* Design and build RESTful APIs and connect the new web applications to internal data platforms, including interim integrations with legacy systems during the migration.* Provide technical leadership for other developers through code reviews, mentoring, pairing, and design guidance, and help legacy platform engineers grow into full stack developers.* Track and deliver work in Jira, and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket.* Support users in production, working with them to troubleshoot problems and improve the systems.* Work closely with the Data Team and IT Operations on data integrations, infrastructure, deployments, and production support.## RequirementsRequired* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).* 5+ years of professional software development experience across both front-end and back-end.* Strong Python experience, with Django preferred.* Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, using React* Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end applications.* Advanced SQL experience, primarily Microsoft SQL Server, with some PostgreSQL.* Source code control experience with Git (Bitbucket preferred).* Agile experience using Jira, along with automated testing and CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines).* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot); comfortable using AI to design, code, test, and ship faster.Preferred* Experience migrating legacy applications to modern web applications; familiarity with Delphi, Zoho, or FoxPro is a plus.* Familiarity with federated front-end architectures and implementing authentication/authorization (roles, access control) across microservices## Benefits* Competitive Compensation: Market-aligned salary package.* Professional Growth: Direct impact on product architecture and tech leadership.* Great Culture: Collaborative, low-friction, and high-performing environment.
