FullStack seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our CRM+ Platform for remote Latin America. You will integrate into the client's team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software engineering, strong C#/.NET, Vue, plus Azure, SQL Server, and AI tooling experience. Advanced English and a four-year degree are required. This role emphasizes customer-focused, end-to-end ownership in a distributed, Agile environment.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of Vue; React or Angular experience acceptable.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong experience building/operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server – design, queries, performance.
• Hands-on Claude Code usage in AI-assisted development.
• Customer-first, product-minded engineering approach.
• Contribute to customer discovery, RCAs, and demos.
• Experience on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
• Familiar with Datadog, Playwright, and observability/testing tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• End-to-end ownership from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to tackle new issues and contribute to libraries.
• CI/CD of applications; forensic attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, ownership, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience on large, complex systems; aligned with client goals.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Software Engineer (CRM+ Platform).

You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server - schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development. Hands-on experience using Claude Code as part of your engineering workflow.
• A customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
• Passion for contributing to customer discovery conversations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and occasional customer demos.
• Experience working on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience working with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability and testing tools a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

Nice To Have

We're seeking engineers who are AI-enthusiastic in their workflow. Professional experience or personal project work with the following is a significant plus:

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
