CelaraLabs in Buenos Aires offers a Principal Engineer role focused on modernizing an existing platform, deconstructing monoliths, and standing up solid CI/CD and IaC foundations. You will work hands-on with architecture and code, collaborating with product stakeholders to surface tradeoffs and drive adoption of new patterns.

You will lead the engineering practice, mentor teammates, and ensure scalable, secure deployment strategies across the team while delivering high-impact architectural

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Software Engineer or Architect with hands-on development experience.
• Proven track record standing up architecture and driving adoption within a team.
• DevSecOps fundamentals — CI/CD, IaC, modern deployment practices.
• A real replatforming/migration story moving a system off a legacy stack.
