Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Support Analyst to join its G&A Team in Buenos Aires. The role will provide financial analysis, accounting and planning support to Chevron Corporate Departments including HR, Corporate Affairs & Social Investments, Corporate Finance, and Strategy & Sustainability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Forecasting and Reporting.
• Experience developing financial forecasts, reporting actual costs versus budgets, and preparing performance reporting to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with the financial reporting cycle.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate daily with key stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of MS 365 tools, including Power Query, Power BI and PowerApps.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly G&A analysis and forecasting.
• Handle digital tools (such as Power BI) to support monthly reporting.
• Deliver the 5-year business plan to Controllers.
• Support service billings and the Billing CoE within bill plan delivery.
• Collaborate on complex finance initiatives and projects, including process streamlining efforts.
• Partner with the US G&A CoE, Business Performance and Finance Teams, Digital Core, and the IBP project team on business planning processes and tool upgrades.
• Handle ad-hoc requests from senior executives across the supported organizations.
