Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance or related analytical roles, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel/financial modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in finance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, performance management, or business planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, variance explanations, and management commentary.
• Strong communication skills and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance across Actuals/Forecast/Business Plan, monthly to full-year results.
• Provide decision-focused commentary on drivers, risks, and opportunities for leadership reviews.
• Support forecast cycles, Business Plan preparation, and Financial Outlook reviews with analysis and insights.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic options and potential issues.
• Collaborate with corporate and Business Unit teams on reporting, close, and data integrity.
