Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of finance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, or related analytical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and present insights.
• Experience with financial reporting cycles and management commentary.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance including Actuals vs Forecast vs Business Plan.
• Develop management commentary on key drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support forecast cycles, Business Plan prep and monthly Financial Outlook reviews.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis of business options.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
