Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience in finance, accounting, reporting, forecasting, or performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation and insight communication.
• Experience with forecasting, financial planning, or external audit, including Big Four exposure.
• Experience managing reporting cycles and management commentary under limited supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Analyze financial and operational performance across Actuals, Forecast, and Business Plan.
• Provide decision-focused commentary on drivers, risks and opportunities for leadership.
• Support forecast cycles, Business Plan preparation, and monthly Financial Outlook reviews.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate options and issues.
• Support capital investment or divestment decisions with actionable insights.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting deliverables and variances.
• Validate data across source tools, reports, and systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues.
