BairesDev is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our FP&A practice focused on OneStream platform implementations and ongoing optimization. You will lead data integration, model design, and reporting configurations while collaborating with clients to translate financial insights into action.

You will mentor analysts, create training materials, and drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and KPI analysis. Strong analytical skills and storytelling are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 4–7 years of relevant finance experience including FP&A, management reporting, or analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Experience using digital tools and analytics-enabled finance solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation and configuration of OneStream solutions with data integration and reporting.
• Provide advanced support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Develop training materials and user guides for end-users.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design tailored FP&A solutions.
