Abacum is a leading Business Planning solution helping finance teams drive performance. We are a global team with offices in New York, Barcelona, and more. We’re hiring a Professional Services Associate to deliver implementation projects, onboard clients, and develop financial models that optimize client processes.

You will work with Engineering and Product to innovate features, and communicate effectively with senior finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years implementing a financial planning / EPM platform.
Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation).
Proficiency with Excel and building financial models.
Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies.
Strong client-facing communication with senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform.
Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating progress and risks.
Craft best‑in‑class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes.
Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features.
