MAVI is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and planning for a US education technology company, working remotely from Argentina.

You will own your area's models and forecasts end to end, and work directly with finance leadership and department heads to turn them into recommendations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance.
• Experience owning forecasts, not just updating templates.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and drivers.
• Experience forecasting enrollment or subscription revenue.
• Familiar with Adaptive, Pigment, Mosaic, or Causal.
• Strong written and spoken English with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support the annual budget and rolling reforecast, from templates to consolidation.
• Produce budget-versus-actual analysis with clear explanations of business drivers.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and planning at a US education technology company, working remotely from Argentina.

You will own your area's models and forecasts end to end, and work directly with finance leadership and department heads to turn them into recommendations.

You will plan around the drivers specific to a US education technology company, not a generic template.

What You'll Own

• Forecasts. Build and maintain driver-based revenue, headcount, and operating expense forecasts.
• Budget cycle. Support the annual budget and rolling reforecast, from templates to consolidation.
• Variance analysis. Produce budget-versus-actual analysis with clear explanations of business drivers.
• Enrollment model. Forecast enrollments, retention, and revenue by program.
• Program margins. Report contribution by course, program, or customer segment.
• Recommendations. Translate model outputs into concise recommendations that a department head can act on.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience
• Experience owning forecasts rather than only updating templates
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how operating assumptions flow through them
• Experience forecasting enrollment or subscription revenue
• Experience with tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, Mosaic, or Causal
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification

Preferred

• CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or an MBA in Finance
• Experience with US companies or global stakeholders
• Experience with student information or LMS data
• Experience using AI tools in finance workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output

Who This Role Is For

An analyst who builds the model themselves, knows every assumption in it, and is confident defending a recommendation to a department head. Experience in education matters here: you will spend less time learning how the business makes money and more time improving how it is measured.

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote role with a single client company for the duration of the engagement. Full-time roles require a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET); part-time roles require a minimum of 2 hours.
