MAVI is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to analyze financial performance for a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will lead planning for your area, set forecasting cadence, and partner with senior leadership while building the core models yourself.

You will own performance analysis of revenue, margin, and spend, conduct ad hoc analyses, track spend vs budget, and develop business cases for investments and hires. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualificações

• 6+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience leading a planning cycle and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling with lookups, pivots, and clean model structure.
• Experience with Looker or Power BI; English proficient for daily work with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

The Role

We are seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to analyze financial performance and support decisions with clear numbers at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina.

You will lead planning for your area, set the forecasting process others follow, and act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, while still building the most important models yourself.

What You'll Own

• Performance analysis. Analyze revenue, margin, and spend trends and explain what drives them.
• Ad hoc analysis. Answer leadership's questions with fast, well-structured analysis.
• Spend tracking. Track department spend against budget and flag overruns early.
• Business cases. Build business cases for investments, vendors, and new hires.
• Analysis standards. Set the standards for analysis and review the work of other analysts.
• Planning process. Run the budget and reforecast calendar for your area and hold stakeholders to it.
• Developing analysts. Review analysts' models and coach them on structure, assumptions, and storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience
• Experience leading a planning cycle and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling, including lookups, pivots, and clean model structure
• Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker or Power BI
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification

Preferred

• CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or an MBA in Finance
• Experience with SQL or a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience using AI tools in finance workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote role with a single client company for the duration of the engagement. Full-time roles require a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET); part-time roles require a minimum of 2 hours.
