Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to join a project for one of our international clients. You will analyze financial performance, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and provide insights to support business decisions in a fully remote LATAM role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial analysis/FP&A, with advanced Excel skills, ERP experience a plus, and English at B2 level or higher. Based in LATAM and available for full-time remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing financial performance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Based in LATAM.
• Availability to work full-time in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances vs. budgets.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decisions.
• Track key metrics and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to validate information.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Support cash flow analysis, expense tracking, and cost optimization.
• Prepare financial presentations and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and reporting.
