Pearster is seeking a Semi Senior Financial Analyst to join a project for one of our international clients. You will analyze financial performance, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and provide insights to support business decisions in a fully remote LATAM role.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial analysis/FP&A, with advanced Excel skills, ERP experience a plus, and English at B2 level or higher. Based in LATAM and available for full-time remote work.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing financial performance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Based in LATAM.
• Availability to work full-time in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

This role will focus on analyzing financial performance, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.

What You'll Lead and Build

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience preparing financial reports and analyzing financial performance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills (Must).
• Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar (Nice to have).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools (Nice to have).
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (Preferred).
• Based in LATAM.
• Availability to work full-time in a remote environment.
