Lemon Adds is a performance marketing agency seeking a senior email marketer who can turn insights into measurable growth. You’ll own email strategy and execution across client accounts, shaping campaigns, customer journeys, and the next experiments we run.

You’ll be based in LATAM, available full-time during US Pacific hours, and ready for an immediate start. Shopify and SMS experience are a plus, and a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of email marketing experience
• Advanced Klaviyo expertise across campaigns, flows, segmentation, forms, and troubleshooting
• A portfolio showing your work and measurable results
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong copy instincts, and attention to detail
• Commercial judgment and initiative to prioritize across accounts, solve problems independently

Responsabilités

• Find growth opportunities by auditing accounts, prioritizing improvements, and building campaign calendars
• Grow and nurture the audience with signup rate improvements, segmentation, and lifecycle targeting
• Build campaigns and flows that convert, including welcome, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, cross-sell, and win-back
• Improve deliverability by managing sender reputation, domain warm-up, and list hygiene
• Execute with technical precision: write HTML/CSS emails, personalize content, test rendering and links
• Test, measure, and improve by tracking conversion, revenue per recipient, and list health
