Qualifications

• Electrical engineer degree and ten (10) years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• Proven High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage the obtaining, maintenance and monitoring of environmental and sectoral permits that enable the execution of the project in Argentina, ensuring that the engineering design, constructive planning and field activities comply with the applicable national and provincial regulations, with the commitments assumed before the authority and with the environmental standards of the client.
• The position acts as a bridge between engineering and the regulatory authority: it translates the legal requirements into verifiable design criteria, anticipates the environmental restrictions that condition the layout and the construction sequence, and maintains a critical permit route aligned with the project schedule.
