Qualifications

• Electrical engineer degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• High Voltage experience in at least 2 mining projects.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction supervision with regard to construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents for construction managers and contractors.
• Establish and maintain communication between the company and the design engineer to ensure timely flow of design documents.
