Visa Hunt is seeking a hands-on Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help build secure, scalable cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with engineering and platform teams to integrate security into the software delivery lifecycle and make secure-by-default practices easy to adopt.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, Cloud Security or related roles.
• Experience securing AWS or Google Cloud including IAM, networking, encryption, logging.
• Deep experience securing Kubernetes and containerized workloads (EKS, GKE).
• Strong Terraform experience with modules, policy enforcement, and safe changes.
• Strong CI/CD and release engineering knowledge (artifact security, approvals, trusted builds).
• Experience implementing automated security controls (vulnerability scanning, SBOMs, policy-as-code).
• Strong scripting/programming skills for automation and tooling.
• Experience in regulated environments and translating HIPAA/SOC 2/PCI DSS/HITRUST/SOX into controls.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership; English B2+ or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate security into cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service workflows.
• Design secure-by-default patterns for IAM, workload identity, secrets management, and network security.
• Identify gaps and risks; establish scalable security practices within DevOps and platform teams.
• Build automated, risk-based security guardrails across source control, builds, and deployments using policy-as-code.
• Strengthen Kubernetes and software supply-chain security including SBOMs, signing, and build provenance.
• Partner with engineering to remediate vulnerabilities and misconfigurations across cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments.
• Support security incident response across infrastructure and delivery systems; drive improvements.
• Translate security and regulatory requirements into practical engineering controls.
• Create automation, runbooks, and security standards; mentor engineers in DevSecOps.
