Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Kubernetes (EKS). You’ll build IaC with Terraform, craft robust CI/CD pipelines, and improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/ELK.

Collaboration with security, QA, and engineering teams is essential to ensure reliability. You’ll optimize cloud costs, lead incident responses, and drive platform engineering initiatives in a fully remote LATAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field.
• 5–8+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Linux admin, scripting (Python/Bash), and security basics.
• Experience with IaC, observability, and enterprise-grade deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Dockerized workloads and Kubernetes clusters (EKS).
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and release processes across platforms.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenSearch/ELK.
• Collaborate with security, QA, and engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and drive continuous improvement.
• Optimize cloud costs and enforce security best practices.
