Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure for a high-scale cybersecurity platform. You’ll work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD, shaping platform reliability and developer productivity.

You will own IaC, automation, monitoring, and security practices, collaborating across engineering, security, QA, and IT teams, in a 100% remote LATAM role with USD payments.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on production experience with AWS.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, ideally Amazon EKS.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Docker and containerized environments expertise.
• Linux administration and networking skills.
• Scripting with Python/Bash.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch/OpenSearch.
• Security best practices for cloud and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Create and maintain IaC with Terraform.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Develop automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Improve deployment processes and observability across teams.
• Collaborate with Security for compliance and best practices.
• Automate incident response and problem resolution.
• Optimize cloud costs and platform reliability.
