Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms in a 100% remote LATAM setting. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools, partnering with software engineers, QA, security, and IT teams to ship software faster and more reliably.

You will own platform engineering initiatives, enhance automation, security, and developer productivity, and contribute to cloud cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years building CI/CD pipelines at scale in production.
• Strong test-driven deployment experience and automated tests.
• Expertise with Docker including image creation and registry management.
• Deep knowledge of CMake build systems and native build pipelines.
• Advanced Linux system administration and networking skills.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD automation (iOS/Android).
• Experience with security best practices and compliance in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate highly available cloud infra on AWS.
• Develop IaC with Terraform and automate provisioning.
• Manage deployments on Kubernetes/EKS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Lead release processes: tagging, building, signing, distribution.
• Collaborate with security, QA, and Eng teams to improve reliability.
• Automate infrastructure configuration with Ansible or similar tools.
• Improve platform resilience, scalability, and cost efficiency.
