Monks Buenos Aires office is seeking a middle-level Production Designer to advance digital asset and content design. You will join a global team producing high-quality content for product interfaces of a top-brand, with hybrid work.

Candidates should have around 2 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets, with strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills and English proficiency. You’ll ensure layouts are balanced, assets adhere to guidelines, and collaborate across time zones while maintaining

Formación

• Around 2 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
• Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch or Figma a bonus.
• Mastering silhouetting and retouching is a plus.
• Keep files, layers and folders organized, even with a creative workflow.
• Able to take charge of small tasks independently and handle bigger jobs with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to production stages from styles to language versioning and layout choices.
• Create balanced layouts and seek process efficiencies, while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Design static visuals for product interfaces, social media, and display ads.
• Collaborate with a global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors.
• Maintain pixel-perfect quality and ensure consistency across formats, dimensions, and languages.
• Adhere to guidelines and brand standards; ensure assets are production-ready.
• Work with art directors on the client side to represent Monks from a design POV.
