Coderio seeks a Senior Database Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of MySQL and PostgreSQL in production. You will manage AWS RDS, implement data migration with DMS, and contribute to real-time data pipelines using Kafka or AWS Kinesis.

Strong English, autonomous work style, and a finance-tech background are desired. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, and Stakeholders to ensure data availability, security, and performance across

Formación

• Senior DBA with fintech or large-scale data experience.
• Strong MySQL and PostgreSQL administration, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced AWS management, especially RDS and DMS.
• Fluent English (B2+).
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and analytical problem-solver.
• Degree in IT/Engineering/CS or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting for production MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Manage and scale databases hosted on AWS RDS.
• Design data migration/replication strategies using AWS DMS.
• Contribute to real-time data pipelines using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Ensure data validation, integrity, and discrepancy analysis across sources and analytics.
• Define optimal data modeling for Datalake and satellite systems.
