PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver data-driven Tax solutions. You will analyze datasets, design experience strategies, and collaborate across advisory, assurance, and business services teams to implement innovative data initiatives.

You will work closely with clients to understand needs, develop reporting and visualization capabilities, and contribute to automation and digital transformation efforts. English proficiency is required.

As a Senior in Data Solutions, you will specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement innovative strategies, and facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills to drive impactful outcomes, enhancing customer and employee experiences through strategic consulting services. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn't clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will analyze and interpret datasets, optimize data for reporting purposes, and collaborate on automation and digital transformation initiatives. Your work will improve the quality, scalability, and effectiveness of Tax services, supporting business-critical initiatives and continuous process improvement.

• Supporting data entry and automation activities within new technology platforms
• Mapping, reviewing, and validating data within system workflows and processes
• Collaborating on automation and digital transformation initiatives to drive impactful outcomes
• Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
• Testing applications, system enhancements, and new platform functionalities to facilitate successful project delivery

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
