PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Associate to deliver data-driven Tax solutions. You will analyze datasets, design experience strategies, and collaborate across advisory, assurance, and business services teams to implement innovative data initiatives.

You will work closely with clients to understand needs, develop reporting and visualization capabilities, and contribute to automation and digital transformation efforts. English proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• English proficiency required.
• SQL or Python for data processing and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client needs to design experience strategies that enhance customer and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions integrating business, experience, and technology aspects.
• Transform and optimize data for internal consumption and reporting purposes using SQL or Python.
• Validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources to support business-critical initiatives.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and data visualization capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement technology tools and digital solutions to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of services.
• Map, review, and validate data within system workflows and processes.
• Collaborate on automation and digital transformation initiatives to drive impactful outcomes.
