• 2+ years of experience in reconciliations or accounting.
• Background in balance sheet reconciliations.
• General accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting is preferred.

As a Reconciliations & Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Your work will be crucial in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision‑making within our Finance practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Background in balance sheet or account reconciliations
• General accounting knowledge
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems
• PowerBI, Power automate &/or Power Automate are a plus
• USGAAP knowledge is a plus
• At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Demonstrating proficiency in accounting advisory and financial reporting standards
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
• Excelling in stakeholder management and building meaningful client connections
• Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
• Presenting financial reports with clarity and precision
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
