As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will engage in a migration project, preparing business cases and translating project requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your business analysis skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, maintaining clear communication and understanding. What You Must Have

• University studies in Business, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience using SQL in enterprise databases (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience using Python for data analysis (mandatory).
• Experience working with relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with:
  • SQL tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Azure Synapse, Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery.
  • Python development environments such as Jupyter Notebook / JupyterLab, VS Code, PyCharm, Anaconda environments.
  • Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib / Seaborn (basic visualization).

What Sets You Apart

• Hands‑on experience with administrative systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle EBS).
• Experience working in cloud data platforms (Snowflake strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to interface between business and technical teams.
• SQL Certification.
• Power BI or Tableau certification.
