Darwoft is seeking a Senior DataOps / Data Platform Engineer to redesign a data and AI platform for scalability and reliability. You will work hands-on across code, consoles and production, shaping architecture while delivering on concrete data pipelines and governance.

You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across Data Engineering, Security and Analytics to build robust ingestion, processing and storage capabilities and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, client-facing

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and operating data solutions in high-demand cloud environments.
• Deep AWS data ecosystem knowledge: S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, plus governance tools like AWS Lake Formation and IAM.
• Python for Data Engineering: pipelines, automation, data libraries and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and evolve data platform components on AWS, Snowflake, and Python.
• Lead architecture and automation initiatives end-to-end from analysis to production.
• Evaluate and challenge existing solutions, proposing architectural improvements.
• Design and implement comprehensive data governance, security, and access controls with AWS Lake Formation and IAM.
• Define engineering standards, reusable frameworks and cross‑organisational best practices.
• Ensure observability, performance and scalability of data pipelines and services.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, Analytics Engineering, Security and Architecture teams and mentor peers.
• Participate in platform operations and maintenance tasks to avoid recurring issues.
