Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to join a cybersecurity platform project. You will ingest data from complex enterprise environments, build connectors, and ensure reliable, scalable pipelines in a remote LATAM setting.

You will work with Python/Go, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices to deliver production-grade data solutions for customers. Collaboration with solution architects and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software/data engineering or related experience.
• Strong Python and Go development experience.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on with data ingestion pipelines and integration platforms.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and platforms.
• Solid SQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and networks.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, and APIs.
• Onboard customers from discovery to production deployment.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data sources.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
