Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a remote LATAM engagement. You will design scalable ingestion pipelines and connectors, working directly with customers to understand data sources, security requirements, and APIs, while building reliable backend services in Python/Go and deploying on AWS/Azure/GCP.

You’ll collaborate with solution architects and product teams to evolve the platform, and participate in occasional customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software/data/ platform engineering or related work.
• Strong Python and Go programming experience.
• Proven ability to build data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration across ERP/IDS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and cloud deployments.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, ingestion services, and connectors.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEMs, networks.
• Work with customers to map environments, data flows, APIs, and constraints.
• Onboard customers from discovery through deployment and support production runs.
• Build scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and telemetry.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go and deploy on cloud stacks.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Collaborate with architects, sales engineering, customer success, and product.
