Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors to work with enterprise customers on a remote, LATAM-friendly team. You will design and implement scalable data pipelines, build connectors across data sources, and collaborate with architects, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure fast time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional Software/Data/Platform engineering experience.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines, connectors, and integration platforms.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across APIs, infra, networks, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources (IdPs, clouds, SASE, networks, endpoints, apps, SIEM).
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, APIs, security needs, and constraints.
• Develop scalable ingestion architectures for security events, logs, and high-volume sources.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, event-driven architectures, and modern software practices.
• Develop backend services in Python and/or Go and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate Docker and Kubernetes-based containers and deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Collaborate with Architects, Sales Eng, Customer Success, Product, and Eng teams.
• Translate customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions and reusable connectors.
