Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, connectors, and integration pipelines for a cybersecurity platform. You will work as a technical bridge with customers, delivering scalable ingestion solutions across cloud environments and on-premise setups.

You will collaborate with architects, sales, and product teams, bringing deep data engineering and cloud expertise to enterprise deployments while maintaining reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software or data engineering fields.
• Proficient in Python and Go.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on data ingestion pipelines and integrations.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes familiarity.
• CI/CD practices and distributed systems.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data collectors, connectors, and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including IdPs, cloud platforms, SIEMs, and networks.
• Work with customers to understand environments, data flows, and APIs.
• Lead onboarding from discovery to production deployment.
• Create scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data such as security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services mainly in Python and/or Go.
• Operate Docker/Kubernetes-based containerized services.
• Deploy and integrate solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot complex deployments across application, infra, and data layers.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales, CS, Product, and Eng teams.
• Translate customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
