AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the replacement of a third-party ingestion tool with a custom-built ETL pipeline. You will document logic, evaluate build-vs-buy options like Fivetran, and build a standalone pipeline inside an existing AWS environment.

Strong SQL and DSP/data experience are central to this role. You will ingest from the Amazon API and other DSPs, design a standalone system to power client dashboards, and collaborate with data science teams to align outputs

Formación

• 4+ years of strong SQL and large-scale data ingestion/pipeline experience.
• Direct or adjacent experience with digital advertising / DSP data.
• Working knowledge of AWS data services (RDS/Postgres, S3, ECS).
• Ability to contribute to application and backend work beyond ETL.
• Familiarity with Fivetran or similar ELT tools.

Responsabilidades

• Document current ingestion logic inside the legacy tool and sources.
• Build the ETL pipeline to replace the legacy system across DSP data sources.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options and design a standalone pipeline.
• Design the pipeline as an owned system to power dashboards.
• Collaborate with data science teams to align outputs with models.
