AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead the replacement of a third-party ingestion tool with a custom ETL pipeline inside an existing AWS environment. You will document logic, evaluate build-vs-buy options (Fivetran) and build a standalone pipeline to power client dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL, DSP data experience, and the ability to contribute to backend work beyond ETL; you'll work with ECS, S3, and RDS while collaborating with data science teams to

Formación

• 4+ years of SQL and large-scale data ingestion experience.
• Direct or adjacent experience with digital advertising / DSP data.
• Experience with AWS data services (RDS/Postgres, S3, ECS).
• Ability to contribute to application and backend work beyond ETL.
• Familiarity with Fivetran or ELT tools.
• Ability to align ingestion output with downstream dashboards.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Document current ingestion logic inside the legacy tool and pipelines.
• Build the ETL pipeline to replace the legacy system in AWS.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy options with the Infrastructure Lead.
• Design a standalone pipeline to power client-facing dashboards.
• Provide engineering support for backend work within AWS.
• Coordinate with data science teams on attribution and scoring.
• Work within ECS, S3, and RDS rather than new infra.
