AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in a flexible hybrid setup in Argentina to lead the replacement of a third‑party ingestion tool with a custom ETL pipeline. You will document current logic, compare build-vs-buy options like Fivetran, and implement a standalone pipeline within an existing AWS environment to power client dashboards.

Strong SQL and DSP data experience are essential, along with familiarity with AWS data services and the ability to contribute beyond ETL to broader

Formación

4+ years of SQL and large-scale data ingestion/pipeline experience.
Direct or adjacent experience with digital advertising/DSP data.
Experience with AWS data services (RDS/Postgres, S3, ECS).
Ability to contribute to application/backend work beyond ETL.
Familiarity with Fivetran or similar ELT tools.
Ability to align ingestion output with downstream dashboards.

Responsabilidades

Document current ingestion logic inside the legacy tool (TapClicks).
Build the ETL pipeline to replace the legacy system ingesting from Amazon API and DSP data.
Evaluate off-the-shelf vs custom ETL options with Infrastructure Lead.
Design standalone owned pipeline to power client dashboards.
Provide AWS backend support for app work within the existing AWS environment.
Coordinate with data science teams to align ingestion with downstream models.
Work within AWS environment (ECS, S3, RDS) rather than new infra.
