Job summary

OneClick Code is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to own the reliability and evolution of our data and analytics infrastructure, including data models, the warehouse, pipelines, integrations, and billing data. You will translate business needs into analytics initiatives and drive them from definition through adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering or related data-focused roles in SaaS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with advanced querying and performance optimization.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and integrations across multiple business systems.
• Cloud data infrastructure experience; AWS experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, retention).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics data models to support business reporting and decision-making.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Own source-of-truth definitions across application, billing, and analytics systems.
• Own SaaS metrics including subscription lifecycle, billing, churn, retention, LTV, and revenue analytics (Stripe).
• Define tracking specifications and lead auditing of event strategy across web and native apps with Engineering.
