Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights for education products and post-sales revenue expansion. You will build data models, pipelines, and dashboards using SQL, dbt, Sigma, and Tableau to support decision-making in a fast-growing, subscription-based environment.

You'll collaborate with Education and Post-Sales stakeholders across remote teams, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and AI-enabled automation of routine analyses, with a focus

Formación

• 2–4 years of data analytics, BI experience or related technical roles.
• Proficient in SQL and data transformation with dbt.
• Experience building data models and pipelines as single source of truth for Post-Sales/subscription analytics.
• Strong BI skills with Sigma and Tableau.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical insights.
• Experience using AI to automate analytics tasks; Salesforce experience a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Education and Post-Sales analytics for subscription/ecommerce; drive GTM insights and retention.
• Collaborate with Education stakeholders to understand data needs and translate metrics into recommendations.
• Develop and maintain core Education and Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt.
• Build, automate, and maintain dashboards in Sigma and Tableau to track retention and KPIs.
• Own weekly business review (WBR) source files and ensure validated reports for leadership.
