AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Strong SQL, Python, and analytical judgment are essential. The role requires 4+ years of experience, fluent English, and a degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science or related

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership for Senior Analyst level
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal)
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, OR Operations Research or Computer Science
• Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, and Python
• Tableau for dashboards and BI reporting
• Familiarity with data security and accuracy risks and generative AI tools

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscriptions and promotional offers
• Produce monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explanations
• Build Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for Finance, Marketing, and Product
• Conduct quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV
• Ensure data accuracy and monitor data quality processes
• Respond to ad hoc requests from multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data
