RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a client team and help build a brand-new Data team from the ground up. You will measure operations, analyze customer journeys, and translate insights into strategies that improve retention and revenue growth.

You'll work with Tableau, Power BI, Looker and SQL to create dashboards, partner with stakeholders across time zones, and shape data-driven decisions for a fast-growing startup with remote teams across LatAm and the US.

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce analytics, especially checkout and retention.
• Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Shopify.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to build complex data models to extract actionable insights.
• Identify pain points causing customer loss and provide improvements.
• Experience working across time zones is a plus.

RYZ Labs is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team - a pioneering company revolutionizing how micro-business owners transform their crafting passions into thriving businesses. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of a brand-new Data team from the ground up. Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal, with a focus on customer journey analysis, such as checkout processes and customer feedback.
• Familiarity with multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), including CRM systems and platforms like Shopify, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse technologies.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Strong ability to work with clean, high-quality data, but also comfortable navigating and building complex data models to extract meaningful insights efficiently
• Ability to identify pain points and areas where the company is losing customers, providing actionable insights to improve retention.
• Capable of implementing innovative solutions and "hacks" to optimize customer experiences and improve processes.
• Experience working across various industries or domains, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the role.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and dedication.
• Comfortable being the first hire in this area, requiring minimal guidance and showing initiative to build frameworks and strategies independently.
• Bonus if experienced in working with teams across different time zones, showing adaptability and strong communication skills.
