RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced product designer in Argentina who can own end-to-end design for data-heavy tools. You will dive into user needs, collaborate with engineers, and translate observations into concrete specs that guide development.

You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment, partnering with engineers and customers to ship impactful designs and continuously improve the product experience.

Formación

• Portfolio of shipped product design for complex, data-heavy tools.
• Systems thinker who designs components and patterns, not screens.
• High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity; you set your own bar.
• Strong written and verbal English; clear async communication.

Responsabilidades

• Tackle problems end-to-end: dig into the product, talk to users, explore options, and produce specs.
• Work with engineers in Linear; daily progress updates and open collaboration.
• Engage with customers during calls and onboarding sessions; observe how estimators use the product.
• Use AI daily for research, writing, analysis, and building to inform design decisions.
