You’ll lead cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations, ensuring alignment and on-time shipping of critical products for millions of users.

You’ll coordinate multiple Agile teams, manage dependencies, and convert complexity into clear updates for senior leadership while mentoring mid-level PMs and shaping a high-performing

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks and cross-team coordination.
• Ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.
• Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with a clear head and sound judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies; drive program rhythm.
• Provide clear, strategic updates for senior leadership on scope, risks, and progress.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Identify blockers, surface dependencies early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
• Engage executive sponsors with visibility into status and risks; communicate impact of scope changes.
• Mentor junior program managers and contribute to building a high-performing team.
