Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

• Own program delivery across the full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Turn program complexity into clear, strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Manage dependencies, surface blockers, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executives, providing visibility into status and risks.
• Evaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, communicating impact clearly.
