Proofpoint is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Córdoba, Argentina. You will drive cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale (Scrum of Scrums, scaled Agile) and cross-team coordination.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present complex information clearly to leaders at all levels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across full software development lifecycle for cloud and appliance-based product lines.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support; align timelines and dependencies.
• Lead multiple programs with cross-team sprint alignment and delivery rhythm.
• Provide strategic, concise updates for senior leadership; surface blockers early.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and help build a high-performing team.
