Caylent is seeking a Senior CXE Engineer to drive enterprise contact center transformations. You’ll code in AWS and in the AWS console, building AI-native contact flows, Lambda functions, CDK stacks, and React tooling for tens of thousands of agents.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering, incl. 2+ years on Amazon Connect or CCaaS at enterprise scale.
• Strong, current Amazon Connect skills: contact flows, routing, Cases/Tasks, Contact Lens, Customer Profiles, Streams API.
• Hands-on conversational and generative AI experience: Bedrock/Claude, prompt engineering, tool calling.
• Strong TypeScript/Node.js and Python; production React; AWS serverless (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, Kinesis).
• Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK or Terraform; multi-account deployment patterns.
• Experience shipping production systems, testing discipline, observability, and incident debugging.
• Clear communication; able to demo work and run client workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-native contact center solutions with Amazon Connect and Bedrock/Claude.
• Develop Lambda functions and CDK stacks, plus React-based agent/admin tooling.
• Implement prompts, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration with escalation paths.
• Design contact flows with dynamic data routing and Lambda-backed business logic.
• Build Amazon Connect analytics data lake and real-time dashboards.
• Ensure accessibility, security baselines, and production readiness.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers; support pre-sales activities.
