AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Contact Center Engineer to configure, support, and improve a cloud telephony platform and its CRM integrations in a healthcare environment.

We require 4+ years of engineering experience with cloud contact-center platforms, plus strong API-driven CRM integration skills. You will design IVR flows, manage call routing, and collaborate with vendors while supporting U.S. Central Time business hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience in contact-center or telephony.
• Hands-on implementation and production support of contact-center platforms.
• Experience with CRM integrations via APIs and CTI.
• Ability to configure call routing, IVR flows, and agent skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain contact-center capabilities such as routing, queues, and IVR flows.
• Design and troubleshoot IVR prompts, transfers, and self-service journeys.
• Configure outbound dialers and automated calling workflows per requirements.
• Deliver Salesforce or CRM integrations with connectivity and data sharing.
• Provide production support, investigate incidents, and coordinate with vendors.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solution plans.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and change-management records.
